Our Story Begins

Our journey began in 2015 when Lia Kusumawardhani and her family started cultivating oyster mushrooms on their own land in the Gadog area, West Java. So that the land she owns can be useful and beneficial for other people, especially the community around the land.
And over time handmade product was created, namely "Bitterballen Jamur Tiram Ninikus".
